    Year Built

    1940

A full-home transformation of a 1940s story and a half home. The homeowners envisioned a fresh, modern interpretation of a European Victorian-inspired aesthetic.

The main level was completely reworked to create an open, welcoming series of public spaces, including an expanded chef’s kitchen, a formal dining room, an efficient mudroom with a powder bath, and a new screened porch that connects the home to its natural surroundings.

To better support this family of four, all bedrooms were relocated to a newly built 2nd level addition. The new second floor includes two bedrooms, an office, a shared bath, and a serene primary suite adorned with elegant marble tile and regal wallpaper.

The homes vibrant Victorian color story blends seamlessly with modern amenities. A stunning chinoiserie mural anchors the dining room, while a richly saturated butler’s pantry leads into the spacious kitchen, where a French range and porcelain slab backsplash create a truly showstopping moment.
