The clients home was not functioning for them with lots of wasted space. They had a tiny kitchen and lacked a mudroom for their growing family. They loved their neighborhood and wanted to explore how to make this home work for them. They partnered with FBC to completely reimagine their main floor as well as their upstairs bathroom. Their goals were to gain a larger kitchen with island. They wanted to add a mudroom and ideally a powder bath. They wanted to incorporate the charm and style of traditional older home. The team was able to remove a window in an upstairs bathroom and take some space from a closet to make the bathroom more functional. On the main floor a wall was removed to expand the kitchen. Additional walls were added to create a mudroom and a powder bath was added allowing for a main floor office and a living room to still exist as part of the main floor.
NOTE: THESE CLIENTS ARE PENDING FINAL APPROVAL TO BE IN THE TOUR.
