In 2007, driving down the street in opposite directions, we both paused when we saw the for-sale sign; that was it. We fell in love with this Dutch Colonial outside with an interior Craftsman style, great bones, gorgeous unpainted woodwork, and incredible character. The house was a duplex and we’ve brought it back to a single-family home, done a remodel on the kitchen. We added the stained glass and remodeled the basement.
