My brother Joe and I bought this fixer upper house in October of 2021 when we were looking for a shared project and he was looking for a new place to live. We have completely renovated the property, inside and out. We hired professionals for some things (asbestos removal, siding, roof and electric, and kitchen design). Otherwise we have done the rest of the renovations (complete kitchen overhaul, renovation of the bathroom, new ceilings and plaster work throughout etc). We have unearthed a set of raised beds at the back of the property to install a kitchen garden and have re-landscaped the entire property.
