We needed a view and physical connection to our backyard with a bigger kitchen and a bathroom on our top floor. We gave our remodeler these must-haves. After 16 years loving the Victory neighborhood, moving wasn’t even a consideration. Our aesthetic goal was a more modern home, but it is important to us that we still blend into our surroundings. This resulted in our Mullet Home…business in the front, party in the back. When we open our 12′ wide multi-fold window in our new kitchen we have a direct physical connection to our backyard’s new stone terrace. Our new upper floor owner’s suite features a stone wetroom and a green roof balcony overlooking our koi pond. New siding and windows have tied everything together. The project won state, regional and national CotY Awards (Contractor of the Year)!
