As we moved to the next stage in our lives we wanted the downtown life. We found a great North Loop neighborhood, but our industrial condo needed a refresh. In our last home we paired with our remodeler to create an updated, functional and beautiful kitchen space, so we went back to them for this new home, too. We dreamed up a new, colorful space. Creative cabinetry, durable countertops with softness and character, and bold tile give the space big personality and set the color palette for the kitchen, living room and dining room. We finished with lighting and an updated fireplace surround. It pulls together the open concept living space. We love how well-balanced it all is, an industrial feel but cozy and home-like.
