After 30 years in this 1924 home, we were ready for a transformation that respected its original character while improving how it functions today. The main floor lacked the usability we needed, so we partnered with our design-build firm to rethink the layout. The renovation improved the connection to the backyard, created a dedicated mudroom, added a bar, relocated the powder room, and fully transformed the kitchen. We love to cook and host friends, and now our home is designed to support that.
Our connection to this neighborhood has kept us here for three decades, and this remodel will allow us to stay for many more years.
