2027 NARI Home Submission Process
Submissions must be received through the msphometour.com portal.
Include the following information in your preliminary entry:

- Project info (year built, remodel type)
- Contractor and homeowner contact info
- TWO (2) before and TWO (2) after photos
All submittals are evaluated by the NARI of MN Tours & Shows Committee for appropriateness, location, and interest to attendees. You may be contacted for more information. Once approved, the MSP Home Tour staff will schedule appt for photography and home visits. Tour photographer will take four (4) photos of every home, including with participating homeowner. Additional photography packages are available, see below.
January 20. Telling us about your home early helps us plan for the neighborhoods, reach out to municipalities, and get our Guide together.
February 12. All submissions must be paid and ads/logos submitted. This is a firm deadline.
Additional photos for online enhanced package can be submitted online through the Tour portal until May 1.
Homeowners submit at no cost.

Home Site Visits & Orientation
Home Site Visits
Every home will be visited by the Tour Manager and Tour photographer. They'll go over expectations with the homeowner, take photos to be shown online and in the printed Guide,
and answer any questions the homeowner may have.
Orientation
We invite all of the participants to an Orientation to go over what to expect on the tour. This is a hosted event with light refreshments. Signs and other materials will be shared with the homeowners, contractors, architects, etc. Look for improvements in the Orientation experience, as we continue to refine the process and make this an enjoyable experience for everyone!

Deadline to submit a home for consideration on the Tour

All homes must be finalized. That means all print and online descriptions must be final, with ads and artwork submitted and entry fees received.
April 22, 2027
Attend the MSP Home Tour Orientation. This event is a party, but attendees get final instruction and signage. It is important to attend.
